This command "SYSCAD insert" is used to insert drawings from pre-defined directories into your current drawing. With this command, the existing internal blocks are preferred to the external one(s). If the chosen block has already been inserted into your drawing before, only a new copy is inserted. As an alternative, use the command "SYSCAD Insert external Block" SYSCAD INSERT EXTERNAL BLOCK from the toolbox SYSCAD Drawing / Flyout Blockedit. Please observe, that you may rename blocks automatically Alle Blöcke umbenennen .

Profile number 623

In this dialog box, all vent profiles of the System SYSTHERM 62 appear.

Insert

Select the desired profile. Use the CTRL key to select multiple profiles. You can of course also manage and insert your own blocks and drawings in the same way.

The directory definition takes place via the dialogue box SYSCAD-Variable / DWG search Paths. Subdirectories of the specified path are searched automatically. You therefore only need to specify the base directory.

Wild-card for one character: ?

Wild-card for a number of characters: *

Example: With the input of ??3* SYSCAD INSERT searches for all DWG files in the selected directories with the character 3 as the third character of the file name.

This command is used to insert a block from pre-defined directories into your current drawing. In case the block has already been defined in the drawing, you are asked whether the internal block should be overwritten or be defined newly.
