Background

The installation program does not modify AutoCAD system files. Entries in the ACAD.RX file of previous SYSCAD installations are deactivated. References  to the HART_U1.ARX file can be deleted manually if required.

SYSCAD is registered by entries into the Windows registry in the AutoCAD sector. These entries are deleted completely when uninstalling SYSCAD via the system control panel.

You can move SYSCAD to another drive without uninstalling the program. Move the SYSCAD directory to the target drive. When starting AutoCAD for the next time just load the menu again. Select the new/correct directory with the next SYSCAD Update.

Important: It is possible to deactivate SYSCAD within the AutoCAD application. To do so please execute the command MENULOAD and QUIT the use of the menu group SYSCAD and its profile system. SYSCAD will be deactivated when starting AutoCAD again.

Dependencies of SYSCAD elements

Variable "BLATTGR" (program SGV / Global size factor)

The following lists are dependent on this variable:

•Section calculation (SNKALK)

•Part list (STUECKL)

•CUT list in drawing

•Glass list table

The program "SGV" sets the variable of the global size factor. We suggest to do this in the prototype drawing. This variable is modified using the commands  "FORMAT" and "FORMAT SHEET 1:1".

Variable "ANSICHTSGR" (program SGV / elevation size)

All texts regarding an elevation are dependent on this variable:

•INFO ELEVATION (S-V/create section/text height) * Ansichtsgr

•GLASS INFO in elevation (S-V/create section/text height) * Ansichtsgr

•SYSCAD elevation/show profile order number (S-V/create section/text height) * Ansichtsgr

•Intersection name (S-V/list/section/text height intersection name) * Ansichtsgr

S-V = SYSCAD Variable

With the program "SGV" the size of the view variable can be set. We suggest to do this in the prototype drawing. This variable is modified using the commands  "FORMAT" and "FORMAT SHEET 1:1".

Variable "PROFILE FACTOR" (program SGV/Profile factor)

All texts concerning sections, profiles, panel sheets etc. are dependent on this variable:

•Section name (S-V/list/section/text height section name)

•PRINFO (S-V/list/block/text height block info) * profile factor

•BLOCK NAME (S-V/list/block/text height block info) * profile factor

•PRDATEN (S-V/list/block/text height block info) * profile factor

•SYSTEM EDGE (S-V/list/block/text height block info) * profile factor

•ARX Denomination (S-V/list/ARX denomination/text height) * profile factor

S-V = SYSCAD Variable

With the program "WHC_EINF_FAKTOR" or "SGV" the profile factor variable can be set. This variable is modified using the commands  "FORMAT" and "FORMAT SHEET 1:1".

The size of the icon (S-V/list/hight indicator/block name) "HOEKOSYM" is defined by the corresponding dimensioning style (S-V/list/hight indicator/dimension style) and the DIMSCALE defined here.
