Example Cut List

This example is intended to show you the possibilities of the "Cut List" module. Simply use the SYSCAD drawing from the previous example.

 

In addition to the help in text form, you will find small summarising videos in the appropriate places.

Step 1: Open the drawing in question

Whether you have entered the cuts or not is irrelevant for the "CUT LIST" programme. SYSCAD only requires the information from the view to calculate the cutting list.

 

Step 2: Call up the "CUT LIST ORDER" zsl_16 programme.

In this dialogue box, click on CREATE NEW ORDER.

A separate directory should always be created for each order, in which all associated drawings and order files are located,

This order file *.zdb is assigned all the items that you define below.

 

 

 

Step 3: Add new positions

The drawing with the position must be loaded

Subitem: POSITION -> NEW

Inputs: Name of the position (max 20 characters)

Number of items

Define item using two point definitions, i.e. add to window

Additional items can be entered; if an item already exists (same item name), a corresponding message is displayed

 

If required, change the parameter for glazing bead calculation in the menu item: PARAMETERS

Step 4: Evaluate order completely

Step 6: Exit programme

End with the "Quit" button

any open job file is closed - memory reservations for sorting etc. are released
