Example: generate sections in the drawing

In this example, you will use SYSCAD to enter sections in the drawing of the last example.

In addition to the help in text form, you will find small summarising videos in the appropriate places.

Step 1: Enter the sections.

To do this, please call up an example drawing and select the command "True glasslength" from the toolbox or ribbon "Gener. Sections".

Section from point or <RETURN> for selecting an existing section line :

to point as shown in the picture above

Position sectional drawing - as shown in the picture above - preferably by STRACK flush with the view.

The first section has been created. Create the second section in the same way as the first. Vertical and horizontal sections are possible. For sections through angled profiles, the cut appears without dimensioning and with a tear-off.
