Generate a new order

Please select an individual order directory for each order. The program automatically saves the WMF-pictures of the positions to a subdirectory of the order directory. It is not recommended to store several orders in one directory.

Choose directory and name of the order to be deleted. All files assigned to the order are deleted (as available)

Calculate Order completely

The order is calculated. In Excel, the order file is generated based on the stated prototype.

Waste optimization

The order is calculated. In Excel, the optimization file is generated based on the prototype SYSOPT.XLS.

Only parts with a length higher than the following value are considered for optimization. The minimum length depends on the stock length, extra per bar and extra per cut.

(stock length - extra_per_bar) / 63 - extra_per_part

Example: bar with 6m stock length, extra_per_bar = 30mm / extra_per_part = 15mm

(6000-30) / 63 - 15 = 79.76mm

The bar optimization tries to fit the next larger cut into the remaining parts. Optimization is done in descending order.

Saw list

The order is calculated. In Excel, the saw list is generated based on the prototype SYSSAEGE.XLS. In addition a saw list of PRESSTA EISELE saws is stored in the order directory. (named auftrag-pressta.txt. )

Modify order

There is the possibility to add non-system profiles to the waste optimization.

Format of the lines:

profile denomination, quantity, length, cut length

•The fields must be separated by comma or semicolon.

•Attention! Separate the decimal part of numbers by point (dot).

•The "cut length" is only necessary if it is different from the installation length.

Example:

The lines don't need to be sorted.

As from version 2000.12 a default stock length of an article can be defined by a special entry.

Profile denomination,0,length

The line 510100,0,7300 defines, for instance, an order related length of 7300mm for profile 510 100. This length is taken for optimization. In case you need to define different stock lengths for one profile, please work with special profiles and create copies of the standard profile.

Command: "Delete lock file"

Deletes all lock files created via the order management.
